CEVA Logistics is seeking a Graduate Industrial Engineer to join our team in Truganina, VIC.
You will partner with regional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, increase efficiency, and ensure adherence to Lean and OHS&E; standards.
You will lead process improvements with a robust emphasis on Kaizen, 5S, and layout changes, while developing tools and coaching teams to drive performance and accreditation progress.
