About the Role:
Our client is a leading property owner who are seeking a Facilities Manager to look over a shopping centre in either the Eastern Suburbs or North Sydney.
The role would someone who has a solid shopping centre background across Hard & soft service Facilities Management.
Responsibilities:
Support the Facilities Management function in the day-to-day operations of a Retail Shopping Centre.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts).
Assist in managing tenant relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.




Ensure compliance with WHS standards, building regulations, and sustainability initiatives
Support with budgeting, reporting, and procurement processes.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a Shopping Centre Facilities Management role.
Solid technical understanding of building operations and essential services
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
