Job Description
MacKellar Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a site-based FIFO position at Carmichael Mine in Central Queensland.
You will partner with site leaders to provide practical HR support across employee relations, performance management and workforce matters.
This hands-on role requires building robust relationships on site, coaching supervisors on legislation and Enterprise Agreements, and collaborating with Health, Payroll and Site Admin to resolve queries.
