Job Description
V/Line is seeking a Senior Change Analyst to drive change management for the rollout of a current Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
You will lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness activities across complex business areas to enable adoption and program alignment.
You'll coordinate changes across multiple workstreams, designing targeted interventions, facilitating workshops and building business readiness for the transition to recent digital processes.
