Job Description
St Vincent's Fitzroy Food Service is seeking a casual cook to prepare and produce meals for a hospital setting.
You will follow production reports and standard recipes, ensuring food safety and proper labeling, while supporting plating staff and waste/stock management.
Role requires higher-volume food service experience, a Certificate in Commercial Cookery, and a current Food Handlers Certificate.
The position is based in Fitzroy, Melbourne within SVHA's hospital group.
