Join a major transformation initiative and play a key role in delivering a critical Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) program.

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in cybersecurity, infrastructure or identity management projects to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
n
Partner with security, infrastructure and project teams to shape PKI solutions
n
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define future-state processes
n
Develop user stories, process maps and functional specifications
n
Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement
n
Support testing and solution validation to ensure successful outcomes
n
n
About you:
n
n
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale technology, cybersecurity or infrastructure programs
n
Exposure to PKI, certificate management,



identity security or related security technologies
n
Solid requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
n
Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
n
n
