Are you an experienced call centre professional looking to join a leading waste management family owned business? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team in Teneriffe, Brisbane. This is a hybrid role

About the Role:

Handle * inbound customer calls per day with professionalism and efficiency
n
Respond to customer emails and follow up on enquiries promptly
n
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records
n
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer needs.
n
Uphold client reputation for friendly, effective, and reliable service
n
n
About you
n




Previous customer service or inbound call centre experience is helpful but not essential.
n
Well-developed verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
n
Strong attention to detail, time management & organisational skills.
n
A punctual and dependable approach to work, with a commitment to reliability.
n
Resilient & can-do attitude in a rapid-paced environment
n
Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
n
Experience with ERP systems - full training will be provided.
