Personal Assistant (Ad Hoc / Flexible schedule)

I am looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to provide support on an ad hoc basis, picking up extra hours as and when needed. We are a neurodiverse family, so a valuable understanding of ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences is essential. Both children are currently home educated, as school has been unable to meet their needs.

The role will include:
n
n
Assisting with personal admin tasks
n
Completing and organising forms and paperwork (including benefits, medical, or education-related forms such as EHCP processes where needed)
n
Managing and organising appointments
n
Providing support with childcare to enable me to attend appointments
n
n
Good IT skills are important, as many forms are completed online and may require uploading documents, managing emails, and keeping digital records organised.
n
n
Organised and dependable
n
Calm, patient,



and understanding of additional needs
n
Proactive and able to take initiative
n
Comfortable supporting both admin tasks and childcare when required
n
n
Experience with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), advantages systems, or medical/admin processes would be beneficial.
n
An Enhanced DBS check is required.
n
This role is funded through Direct Payments.
