Job Description
YMCA Victoria is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the * summer season to support Duty Manager and Lifeguard leadership across six aquatic sites in the Baw Baw region, Warragul, and surrounds.

The role involves recruitment, onboarding, safety training, rostering, budget reporting, and ensuring operations align with contractual requirements and safety standards. A full time position with an hourly rate up to AUD * plus super is offered.
