HammondCare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support dementia care in our Hunter region aged care homes. The role is full time, based at Waratah, Cardiff and Scone with travel between sites.

You will deliver resident-centred interventions, work with families and staff, and contribute to quality improvement. Requirements include a tertiary OT qualification, AHPRA registration and a driver's licence.
