Job Description
LaserBond is seeking a Safety & Quality Assurance Officer to join our central PSQ function in Altona. This independent role works with shop floor teams to verify compliance, investigate incidents and non-conformances, and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.

You will perform audits, partner with managers, and escalate risks to senior leadership while helping develop and enhance our safety and quality systems across sites.
