YMCA Stafford is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer on a casual basis to join our Stafford centre. You will be the first point of contact, helping members, answering general enquiries, processing memberships, taking bookings and promoting programs and services.

The role requires previous experience, flexibility to work mornings, afternoons and alternating Saturdays, and familiarity with MS Office and POS systems. A National Police Check is essential prior to commencement.
