Job Description
Philippe, a casual French restaurant on the Paris end of Collins Street in Melbourne, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

As Chef de Partie you will prepare, cook and present dishes to our high standards; maintain cleanliness; train junior staff; and uphold HACCP procedures. You will work with a friendly brigade and advantage from a supportive learning workplace, with Sundays/Mondays off and doorstep public transport.
