For Purpose Aged Care Australia seeks a part time Clinical Assessment and Documentation Nurse for Romsey Community Aged Care. The role manages ANACC operations, assesses current residents, identifies uplift opportunities, and mentors the care team in documentation requirements.

Four days per fortnight, with start times negotiable. The incumbent will coach staff, coordinate DoH correspondence, and generate ANACC reports to support high-quality resident care.
