UX/UI design: Create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and interfaces.
n
Design process: Translate user/business needs into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
n
User research: Experience with user research, usability testing and design validation.
n
Tools: Robust proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent.
n
Design systems: Develop and maintain design systems,



style guides and reusable components.
n
Accessibility & responsive design: Solid understanding of accessibility, usability and responsive design.
n
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, BAs, developers and service designers in Agile teams.
n
Development support: Provide explicit design specifications and guidance to developers.
n
Communication: Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration and ability to explain/storytell design decisions.
