Job Description
nib Group is seeking a Workforce Planner to ensure the right people and timing to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
You'll use data and forecasting to plan staffing needs, optimise rosters, balance service levels, productivity and customer experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders, support budgeting, coordinate leave and training, and maximise resource utilisation to keep operations smooth.
Hybrid working from home or nib offices is available.
