An established and growing financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join its risk and compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a solid compliance framework within a regulated lending workplace.

Working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation's compliance obligations, providing practical regulatory advice, monitoring legislative developments, and fostering a solid culture of compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain the compliance management framework.
n
Monitor changes to relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
n




Provide compliance advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
n
Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, and reviews.
n
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
n
Conduct compliance monitoring activities and report on findings.
n
Support incident management and remediation activities where required.
n
Deliver compliance training and promote awareness across the organisation.
n
Liaise with external advisers, regulators, and industry bodies as appropriate.
