Job Description
Anglicare Victoria is seeking a Residential Youth Worker for Active Nights to support young people in our care across multiple houses in Melbourne's south-east (Highett, Keysborough, Berwick, Narre Warren, Dandenong & Noble Park).
You will deliver therapeutic and restorative care, model positive behaviour and contribute to a secure, nurturing home setting.
You will need knowledge of adolescent development and trauma, robust communication, and the ability to work with complex needs.
