Job Description
TUI is seeking an HR Manager to lead people operations across Australia, China and Hong Kong.
You will drive the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliant HR processes, and partner with payroll to guarantee accurate payments.
You will analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and champion wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
You will work closely with leaders to ensure lawful practices under Fair Work Act and strengthen our culture with data-driven insights and cross-border
