Are you an experienced call centre qualified looking to join a leading waste management family owned business?
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team in Teneriffe, Brisbane.
This is a hybrid role
About the Role:
Handle * inbound customer calls per day with professionalism and efficiency
Respond to customer emails and follow up on enquiries promptly
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer needs.
Uphold client reputation for friendly, efficient, and reliable service
About you




Previous customer service or inbound call centre experience is helpful but not essential.
Well-developed verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
Solid attention to detail, time management & organisational skills.
A punctual and dependable approach to work, with a commitment to reliability.
Resilient & can-do attitude in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
Experience with ERP systems - full training will be provided.
