Avant Mutual in Sydney is seeking a 12 Month Fixed Term role focused on claims management and medico-legal services for Avant and its members. You will oversee a portfolio of claims, complaints, investigations and disciplinary matters, developing strategies and engaging with legal advisers to support members through the claims process.

Success requires current claims management experience, knowledge of insurance law, solid communication and advocacy skills, plus CRM proficiency.
