Housing ACT in Canberra seeks a Senior Client Engagement Officer to assess complex client needs, determine housing eligibility and match resources to needs.
You will implement legislation, policies and business rules and deliver front-line services at the Housing Service Centre.
Experience with IT applications and relevant tertiary qualifications are required.
The role supports vulnerable clients and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities; a merit pool may be established to fill
