Job Description
Blue Care's Argyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Head Gardener to lead a grounds and gardening team.
You'll oversee the maintenance of lawns, trees and shrubs, ensure a safe, pleasing workplace for residents, staff and visitors, and contribute to a solid sense of place within the village.
The role is permanent, full-time, with a remuneration of $* p/hr plus 12% Super and Not for Profit Salary Packaging Perks, and access to staff discounts.
