Compass Group Pty Limited on the South East Gold Coast is seeking an Apprentice Chef at Kokoda Barracks in Canungra, a Defence setting.
This full time apprenticeship lets you complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while earning hands-on experience in a high-volume kitchen.
The role operates 7 days a week with early morning to evening shifts.
You will learn to prepare meals, support large-scale catering, follow HACCP guidelines and work with experienced chefs.
