Job Description
Adbri is seeking a Manager – P&C; Services to lead the design, establishment and delivery of a up-to-date HR shared services model at enterprise scale. You will build the roadmap, governance and capability to support the employee lifecycle and enable scalable, high‐quality service across the organisation.

You will lead a team, partner with talent acquisition, HR business partnering, IR, and corporate functions to create transparent ownership, effective hand-offs and continuous improvement.
