You will lead the ACIS team in partnership with the Lead Psychiatrist to sustain high-quality, recovery‐focused mental health care in the community.
You will own KPIs, budgets and safety, coach staff, oversee incident investigations and drive improvements, while building trusted relationships across clinical and community networks.
