HammondCare is seeking a Director, Research & Innovation to lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive research and innovation strategy.
The role oversees research, evaluation, grants, partnerships, clinical trials, digital health and AI within Hammond Innovations, reporting to the Executive General Manager.
Permanent full time position based in St Leonards or Malvern, Australia, driving governance, funding, and impact across aged care and complex care domains.
