Job Description
Infosys is recruiting a Major Incident Manager in Sydney to lead end-to-end resolution of high-priority incidents, coordinating tech, business, and vendor teams to restore services rapidly. The role requires crisis leadership, proactive communication, and robust ITIL expertise.
