About the Role:
n
Our client is a leading property owner who are seeking a Facilities Manager to look over a shopping centre in either the Eastern Suburbs or North Sydney. The role would someone who has a robust shopping centre background across Hard & soft service Facilities Management.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Support the Facilities Management function in the day-to-day operations of a Retail Shopping Centre.
n
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts).
n
Assist in managing tenant relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
n




Ensure compliance with WHS standards, building regulations, and sustainability initiatives
n
Support with budgeting, reporting, and procurement processes.
n

Requirements:
n
n
Prior experience in a Shopping Centre Facilities Management role.
n
Robust technical understanding of building operations and essential services
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
