Peoplebank seeks an Organisational Design Specialist to shape future-state IT operating models within a major transformation program.
You will lead detailed design of IT team structures, define roles and reporting, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with technology strategy and business objectives.
Experience with enterprise-scale design, RACIs and role profiles is essential, as is the ability to facilitate workshops and drive governance across workstreams.
