You'll play a crucial role in driving financial operations forward and making a significant impact on their success, on a full time permanent basis.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Leading the end-to-end payables process, ensuring compliance & adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.
n
Managing escalations & discrepancies, and providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations.
n
Leading, coaching, and developing the team to foster a culture of excellence and compliance.
n
Providing monthly reports and contributing to strategic financial planning & projects.
n
Implement and maintain efficient and effective operating rhythms and mechanisms to ensure rigor across transactional processes.
n




Building effective working relationships with all stakeholders and provide support as required.
n
Streamlining processes and process improvement, with the intention of delivering savings and performance enhancements.
n
Partner with and assist the wider finance team.
n

Ideal Candidate Profile

Outstanding knowledge of best practice for AP & transactional finance
n
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Effective leadership and stakeholder management
n
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
n
Passion and experience in developing and executing strategies which improve business procedures and performance
n
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
