Northsix is seeking a detail‐driven Sales Administrator to sit at the center of the order process in Melbourne's west. You will convert quotes into confirmed orders, coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

You will liaise daily with internal and external customers, support the sales team with quotes and documentation, and handle credits and back orders in line with policy. Solid Excel and Dynamics experience preferred.
