Victorian School Building Authority seeks a Technology Officer – Systems Support to serve as the first contact for the Business Systems Service Desk. You will analyse and resolve incidents, support SharePoint and Oracle ERP platforms, and assist with system administration and knowledge management.

With a focus on Level 1 support and some Level 2 exposure, you will collaborate across departments to ensure reliable service delivery and data integrity for the education programs in Victoria.
