Job Description
Wellways Australia is seeking a compassionate Support Coordinator for The Way Back Support Service in Cairns North. This full time, permanent role supports people referred by NQPHN and CCHHS, providing recovery-focused, non-clinical care in the first three months after a suicide attempt.

You will coordinate care, connect participants to essential services, and help them build a personalised safety plan while travelling across the Cairns region.
