Woolworths Group's Primary Connect division is hiring a Workforce Planner to lead a team of planners across NSW and SA DCs. You will own labour forecasting, performance reviews and budgeting, delivering staffing plans aligned to budgets.

You will partner with DC Operations Managers and supply chain stakeholders, shape evolving systems, and provide reports that guide national workforce strategy. A proactive, collaborative leader will thrive in our versatile work workplace with solid development
