Ghanda Clothing in Rouse Hill, NSW, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Ghanda Gang at our current store opening in October. You will coach a team of up to 15, embody Ghanda values and ensure presentation aligned with brand guidelines.

You'll manage rosters, drive sales, oversee stock with your Allocator, and promote a customer‐first culture. We offer a 38‐hour week, overtime penalties, clothing/phone allowances, a monthly bonus scheme, and unlimited staff clothing discount.
