Job Description
Bupa is seeking a Change and Communications Manager to lead organisational change activities for the ADF Workforce Management system implementation. You will drive engagement, develop communications strategies, and support readiness across a large program.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, create training plans, and deliver reporting to inform executives on progress and risks. Australian citizenship and baseline clearance are required.
