As Leading Hand Therapist, you'll triage referrals, manage bookings, provide clinical guidance to a five-member team, and support onboarding and training. You'll collaborate with directors as part of the leadership group, maintain your own caseload, and grow your clinical expertise in a culture that values balance, care, and connection.
