Our client is a very well established housebuilder and developer based at the north end of the Gold Coast

They are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with outstanding customer service skills to ensure a smooth invoicing and progress claim process. Reporting directly to the CFO your role will include -

Managing the Accounts Receivable function, including invoicing, receipting and account reconciliations
n
Proactively managing outstanding debtor accounts through qualified and effective collections activities
n
Contacting customers by phone and email to resolve account queries,negotiate payment arrangements and maintain positive customer relationships
n
Monitoring debtor ageing and following up overdue accounts to improve cashflow
n
Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate account records
n




Reconciling bank accounts
n
Assisting with insurance claims and administration
n
Assisting with vehicle fleet registrations and renewals
n
Training up to cover payroll
n
n
Whilst primarily accounts receivable, this is quite a diverse role so would suit someone who likes variety. You will enjoy speaking to a wide range of people (site staff, finance companies, customers) and you will be process driven to ensure the receivables ledger is well managed.

In return you will work in a friendly team and have a good degree of autonomy. Plenty of on site parking, close to the motorway. The prospect to be trained up into payroll is rare - so grab it!
