Social Futures is seeking a Team Leader – Specialist Homelessness Services to lead frontline teams in Tweed Heads, Lismore or Ballina on a full time fixed-term basis.
You will oversee operations, coach staff and ensure trauma-informed, person-centred practice while maintaining funding compliance.
Applicants should have qualifications in social work, human services or psychology, robust leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to culturally secure practice.
