Elements Recruitment in North Parramatta is seeking an experienced Assistant Payroll Manager to lead an established payroll team.
This permanent, onsite role offers hybrid flexibility after probation and is based in North Parramatta with onsite parking.
You will oversee day-to-day payroll across multiple entities, mentor staff, ensure compliance with Australian awards, superannuation and internal procedures, and work with HR, Finance and IT to drive process improvements.
