Job Description
Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street is seeking a Front Office Leader to mentor the Front Office Agents, manage shifts, and ensure seamless check-in/check-out with exceptional service.
You will report to the Assistant Front Office Manager and thrive in a quick-paced, rotating shift workplace.
Responsibilities include staff management, guest resolution, and upselling while maintaining brand standards.
A 7-day roster, including mornings, afternoons and overnights, is required.
