Job Description
Belgravia Leisure operates Lakeside Leisure Centre in Raymond Terrace, NSW.
The Customer Service Officer role focuses on front-of-house services, membership sales, Learn to Swim program support and occasional kiosk work for events and carnivals.
Key duties include delivering first-class customer service, handling POS transactions, promoting centre services, bookings and enrolments while building solid customer relationships in a protected and welcoming workplace.
