Probe CX is expanding its Customer Care Consultant team in a fully remote role based in Australia. You will handle inbound calls, discuss available options, and advise on services that support independent living and care solutions for families and carers.

The role requires a adaptable, high-energy communicator with solid PC literacy and the ability to meet KPIs. Expect a rotating roster, paid training, and National Police Clearance requirement.
