For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking a Full time Maintenance Supervisor to manage interior and exterior maintenance at South Grafton Community Aged Care.
You will lead a maintenance team, oversee preventative and reactive tasks, and minimise contractor engagement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Applicants should have building maintenance experience and a positive understanding of OH&S; and Fire/Evacuation standards, with solid communication and time management skills.
