Estia Health in Melbourne Metro is seeking a People & Culture partner to support the business across multiple homes.
You will be the face of the P&C; team for employees, coaching leaders, and advising on investigations and complex ER/IR matters.
You will build solid stakeholder relationships, drive culture initiatives, and facilitate engaging workshops and training for staff at all levels in a quick-paced aged care workplace.
