Job Description
Services Australia is seeking Service Officers in its Child Support division to assist Australian families by guiding separated parents through the Child Support Scheme.
Most work is conducted over the phone.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, collect information, discuss changes with both parents, and make decisions about assessments while updating systems and explaining outcomes.
Training and rostered hours support a secure schedule (8:30am–5:30pm) with hybrid arrangements.
