Job Description
Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the floor at Tilda, support managers and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on role offers ongoing ownership on the floor and the chance to coach a high-performing team.

You will run pre-service briefings, stay current on the menu and wine list, handle guest feedback and service recovery, and collaborate with the wider hotel for private dining and events.
