Monash Health is recruiting an experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Adult Acute Social Work team at Casey Hospital on a permanent part-time (0.8 EFT) basis.
You'll provide high-quality psychosocial care, assessment and advocacy to adults and families, supporting complex discharge planning in a busy hospital workplace.
