Moreton ATSICHS is seeking a Family Support Practitioner to work with Birthing in Our Community (BiOC) and provide social and emotional support to pregnant women and families up to three years post‐birth.
You will create culturally secure engagements, support health education, and coordinate care with midwives and service providers in a community health setting.
A robust focus on local Indigenous families and early childhood wellbeing is essential.
